Is the Dev Deepawali boat ride included in the package?
Yes. Every guest gets a seat on the GhatGo Dev Deepawali boat ride on the evening of day 2 — normally ₹3,000 per person. It includes a minimum of three hours on the river, the Maha Ganga Aarti, the laser show at Chet Singh Ghat and the fireworks over the Ganga.
Why is there no cab on day 2?
Roads around the ghats are closed to traffic on Dev Deepawali, so a cab cannot get you closer to the temples or the boarding ghat. Kashi Vishwanath, Annapurna and Kaal Bhairav are best reached on foot or by e-rickshaw that morning.
